Relationship to client agreements
The Site describes Innovantzone’s capabilities in general terms. Any paid design, development, marketing, or other professional services require a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or order form) signed or accepted by both parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
Permitted use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or third-party systems linked from the Site;
- Use the Site to distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with others’ use;
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a way that degrades performance or violates robots.txt;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information through forms;
- Use the Site in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, layout, and underlying code are owned by Innovantzone or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and download content for your own internal business evaluation or to contact us about services. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovantzone from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction where they cannot be waived, you agree that the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to the Site.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Changes
